Under the chuppah, on the sand, in the sanctuary of Mikvé Israel-Emanuel. Please be seated thirty minutes before we begin. Men will be offered a kippah at the door; shoulders and knees covered inside.

The Reception

That evening
Formal Dinner Aboard
Back on the ship, we sit down together for a formal dinner as the island lights come on behind us. Toasts, a long table, and dancing after. Seating and menu details will follow with the invitation.

Everything here will be confirmed once the ship and date are fixed. Until then, treat it as the shape of the day rather than the schedule.
Getting there
The synagogue sits in Punda, roughly a fifteen-minute walk from the cruise terminal across the Queen Emma pontoon bridge. We will walk over together as a group; transport for anyone who prefers it will be arranged.
July in Curaçao
Expect around 31°C / 88°F with a steady trade wind, and very little rain. Linen, light wool, and a hat for the walk. The sanctuary itself stays cool.
What to wear
Formal throughout the day. Covered shoulders and knees in the synagogue; flat or block heels for the sand. Black tie is welcome at dinner aboard but not required.
